Prestashop Colissimo module withdrawal point error: case encountered.

've installed and configured Colissimo la poste, but when I select a point to withdraw, the window does not open. In the console, I get a jquery error: "Uncaught TypeError jQuery modal isn't a function". Have you found the root cause of the problem? It is most likely the colissimo module. I discovered that the pop-up with the withdrawal points was not available on iPhone and iPad (safari, chrome). The problem comes from the colissimo module, which does not take devices into account. This is most likely a compatibility issue with another module. My environment: PS 1.7.7 using the latest official Colissimo version. To find the bug, I had JS file concatenation disabled in Performance. I then got a new error message "jQuery(...).frameColissimoOpen is not a function".

Prestashop 1.4 Javascript error with So Colissimo: case encountered.

To test it first, I'll put the original template under another name to make sure it doesn't cause errors. If this is the case, I will gradually replace the files that I have modified... to find the origin of the problem. As for the Javascript files, I didn't modify any of them.

Prestashop Colissimo module problem on Safari: case encountered.

I noticed that Safari orders, whether on MAC or on tablets/mobiles, are not possible due to a problem with Colissimo. Bug with official Prestashop 1.7 Colissimo module: case encountered.

I tried the following change on my handling: Advanced Settings > Performance > CCC Caching, Compression and Concatenation. Apache optimization in YES, but nothing works. When I run the test, I cannot connect to the widget. Relay points are not displayed. Mobiles cannot display relay points. Labels can cause the "EMPTY RESPONSE" error. By clicking on the "SELECT A RESUME POINT" button, the checkpoints suddenly disappear from my site. Everything was working fine before. I also haven't touched any of the soundtracks. The iPhone does not have the problem. The pop-up still opens, but it's grayed out and there's no way to take any action. This was tested on an iPhone 11 Pro with Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.
