How to fix a bug or problem on a CM CIC Prestashop module ?

If you have purchased a CM CIC module for Prestashop and you encounter a technical problem, Web2007 can assist you and troubleshoot. CM-CIC module problem Prestashop payment Return URL and order registration: case encountered.

I have a problem with the P@IEMENT module of the CM-CIC. After placing an order, I proceed to the bank payment via this module. I then arrive on the interface of the CIC site. Everything is going well. I then enter the "CB Test" and, after confirming that everything is working, it informs me if my credit card has been accepted (depending on the credit card case). However, the page redirects and we don't arrive at the confirmation (well, I guess we had to arrive at a confirmation page), but we arrive directly at the history of my orders (the order which has just been past is not in the list). If the order has been registered, I check the BO. There is nothing on the soundtrack. On the other hand, the administration section of the CMCICPaiement site indicates that the order is registered, but it indicates in the "Return interface" column "Error". If I cancel the order after entering the credit card number etc., the interface sends me back to the first step of the order (i.e. my shopping cart), and the CMCICP payment interface back from my order says "Ok", so I believe I have no problem with my KO return address. So I believe the problem lies in the configuration of the OK address. But I don't see the problem. Here is the configuration of my Encryption Key module: The one that was downloaded from my bank using the identifiers (40 characters after VERSION 1) CIC provides a TPE My store is currently offline. I can connect to it thanks to the authorization of my IP. If I understood correctly, the bank could not connect. Here is the error. I do not receive the message confirming that my order has been placed. However, the BO registered the order and I received emails with additional details.

Prestashop CM-CIC payment return error: case encountered.

I installed the CMCIC payment module, and I configured it. To check that everything was working well, I placed an order on my site. The payment has been made but it does not generate an order in my backoffice. I contacted the bank, who informed me that my configuration was correct and that an error message had appeared in the back office. The problem seems to be at the level of the return, even if it is "OK" on the TPE of the bank. Is there a validation step that checks the amounts between the initial amount and the amount paid? What is the status of a prestashop order? What information is required? Where can I find the settings file for sending automatic emails? My client places an order on my site. The order is validated. Only the return page displays the error message. "There was an error with your order. Contact us if you think this is an error. Will the page display if I change the message 'failed' to 'ok' This error started after I returned to the store after paying through the CMCIC module, after I enabled multi-language, that's when I noticed it.

CM-CIC payment bug in the processing of payment errors on Prestashop: case encountered.

For now, I'm testing the official CMCIC module. Everything worked fine. I made a test order and received a credit card number simulating valid cards. Then I tried again with the number simulating declined cards. The bank refused me and suggested I try my luck again. I used the number simulating an accepted credit card, and the bank accepted it. I scroll down the page and see the following: Response: Return code payetest CGI2: NEITHER OK. I go to my email. I receive an email from the bank stating that transaction x has a valid receipt, but the payment was not accepted. Normal, this is my first attempt with the code refused. 2nd email from the bank: Invalid acknowledgment of receipt, payment accepted. I went back to the module settings, changed the "In case of payment error" option to "Do nothing", and it's done. Bank acknowledgment is correct. The same thing happened when I put "Send email". Is there a bug ?

CM CIC OVH Prestashop bank return problem: the solution.

We fixed an issue that some customers had with the CM CIC payment option on Prestashop. These users noticed that their credit card orders were well collected by their bank, but that WooCommerce does not modify the statuses and that the emails are not sent. The CMCIC was quickly contacted to resolve the problem encountered by some customers. The CMCIC has already received feedback concerning this "error 28", which corresponds to a timeout, or too long a response time from the store's server. These returns do not only concern WooCommerce, but also Prestashop as well as Magento. We can confirm that the problem is not related to CMCIC WooCommerce payment gateway. If you are an OVH member and have used the CMCIC solution, you should verify your credit card orders. Contact OVH if the problem is not resolved.
