Web2007 is at your entire disposal for ALL your Prestashop needs.
If you have purchased OVH hosting for Prestashop and you encounter a technical problem, Web2007 can assist you and troubleshoot. You should know that in almost all cases, the module works perfectly, the server or php error comes from a conflict with your theme or one of your other installed modules. A troubleshooting expert will first detect errors with Prestashop's debug mode. Here are the tips: To determine if the bug is due to your template, activate the default Prestashop template and then refresh the page. If the bug persists, it means that your model is not at fault. To determine if the bug is caused by one of your modules, disable each module and refresh the page that caused the problem. If the bug appears suddenly, you can start with the modules that were installed most recently. If the bug disappears when you disable a module, it means that this module is responsible

I installed Prestashop in one click. I already had a site on my hosting. To make my prestashop site work, I need to delete my second site's files in the root. I deleted too many files from the root www. This is what I see on my screen: "index off". What files should I keep in my www root to allow prestashop to work? These files are no longer in my possession after I deleted them from my ftp webspace. How can I reinstall them? I was able to solve the problem by restoring the FTP archive from the Ovh manager, then I deleted the files according to their date.

I need help logging into my Prestashop back-office. I lost my connection and I can't reconnect. I didn't do anything (no update modules or anything). When I try to connect to the connection interface (login/password), I get a blank page. It seemed to be a virus, so I waited a few days before realizing the problem. The website is working fine except for the admin. I'm on cluster 30. The website is working fine on the client side. I enabled debug mode via filezilla. Now I can log in normally without displaying an error. The back office site is slow, but it works in this mode. It shows a 500 error in console mode for the login page (outside of debug mode), which I can't identify. Is there anyone on cluster 030 having connection issues in the back office? I haven't made any changes to my website so this must be a problem with OVH? I declare that I have not made any updates or modifications to this site. Regarding the maximum number of connections per user, I do not see how I could reach it because it is a small site with little traffic and my maximum number of user connections on OVH was 50, which I did not achieved. Where does this error come from? I can't edit any content on the site without going through debugging to access the admin login interface. This morning, I changed the maximum user connection to 150 in the OVH manager. I cannot log in to the administration interface. I always see a 500 error in debug mode. However, I have no more reply messages (as requested). This is probably a server side issue since I didn't make any changes to the site, which works fine on the client side. I checked the error logs. Since this problem, the messages are all the same. The situation is getting worse. Today I can't even login in debug mode.

It seems difficult to register in the backoffice today (number of products). The database is only 1/3 full. The configuration file seems to be correct (the DB Name is correct). Installation type: Change of version / new installation in 2019. I need to install PHP 7.1. OVH sends me an email informing me that this version is not maintained and that there are potential problems with my site. I believe this is why I installed 7.4. After everything worked fine, I moved my 1.6 store to a new 1.7 version. It took me hours to do it. However, once in production, there was a problem: the modification of products is always blocked or non-existent. The problem is the same for me except that it can be on a single article, a product that has been abandoned or a category. My bakcoffice does not accept to save characteristics on a product sheet. I did a manual dump and checked that the parameters.php was properly connected.

We are looking for a freelancer to unblock our e-commerce site, which was built with PRESTASHOP and hosted by OVH. OVH is aware of the 504 error but it is not their fault. After fixing the problem, it is important to review the installation. In general, it is also necessary to periodically check the resources of the server. It started working again after a week. I think it's a shared server. It appears to be a shared server. It's talking about NGINX, so if it's still the exact same install, it's probably not a shared server. It appears to be a dedicated server. However, the administrator does not take care of it regularly. No malfunction was found in our infrastructure. Just validate the cde basket. It takes a while, then the 504 error appears. I solved the problem by activating the "development" mode of prestashop. This is not the usual/presumed mode of operation, but I could see that the problem went away when changing modes. The problem is still present in "production" mode. It is difficult to find the origin of the problem on shared hosting. Currently I can't even access the "504 Gateway Timeout" site. I updated most of the mods. 2 or 3 would be a problem to update. This is probably due to the colissimo module, which requests the rates on the post office site. The "information" page for administrators is not visible in the backoffice.

I can't login to my backoffice and I can't change the password. You can only reset a password after waiting 360 minutes. It's not true. Is it related? I am hosted by OVH. I just took a prestashop 1 Click module. It is impossible to login to my prestashop admin and configure anything. It keeps sending me back to my login page. In fact, he gets me out of administration. I can't even access the settings menu to change cookies/ip. I cannot access my phpadmin from ovh because there is no table associated with the database I created by ovh. I can't even set the variable. What can I do ? I'm on prestashop 1.7.

You have already created your email address. After a while, you no longer receive emails. Your Prestashop customers are in the same situation. Your email account could be inactive, or marked as spam at OVH. One of my clients, who has a shared agreement with OVH, sent 15 emails simultaneously with (quite heavy) photos. I only received error messages back. I did some research, and found that his email service was spammed at OVH. The account was then blocked. For security reasons, OVH blocks the messaging service if it receives too much spam or if it receives too many messages. This issue can be resolved by checking the status of your messaging script and sending a message to support. Before making the decision to unblock your email address (see screenshot above), you can check the right side of the error emails button to see the source of the problem. If you've ever had a spam problem, you'll be able to identify the source and set up a captcha to stop it.

OVH protects its infrastructure. If the shared server receives too many error emails, it suspends the sending of emails. To check the service status, select the attached domain name. I recommend that you look at the "Emails in error" menu to find out which emails caused the error and how to fix it before requesting an unblock. Our client was able to identify that the spam was sent via the contact form. Prestashop actually sends a copy to the email address that was entered from the contact request. It can quickly become a relay for spam if it's a robot. You can avoid this by adding a captcha module to your Prestashop store. You can add an email to receive an error report and stay informed of a large number of incorrect emails.

Launched in 2013, OVH now offers its 2014 hosted range options, GeoCache CDN or DNS Anycast, to increase performance. Both of these options are great news, but they don't come with any documentation. GeoCache CDN actually contains the word cache. This technology allows you to cache static files such as javascripts, CSS or PDFs and images from your website. This option is intended for those who are used to the old shared OVH. You will no longer be able to see the changes in your css and javascript with the new 2014 edition. There are two ways to empty the cache of a shared OVH 2014. If your site is still under development, you can modify line 8 of the file .ovhconfig in the root. Change environment=production to environment=development. This change takes several minutes to take effect and disables static file caching. Now you can make your changes without worrying too much about the OVH cache. As soon as you put your web project into production, don't forget to change this line to environment=production. The second option is to purge the cache directly from the OVH manager interface. Go to the OVH interface of your website, then click on Hosting. Select CDN Management under Other Services. Next, click Validate in the Clear Cache section. This operation may take a few moments and will purge the CDN cache.

I don't know what's going on in my shop. All the sections work when I log in to my Prestashop back-office, except the modules, which squeak for hours! The process ends with a "Time Out". Sometimes, it is by chance that I connect to it. I deleted all modules folders and tested it. It is now easy to access it. It crashes again as soon as I return all modules. I also tried editing the defiunes.inc file to show errors, but couldn't find anything suspicious. Can you help me find the source of my problem? Why is it so slow? OVH does not detect any problem on its side. Except they see lots of external TCP connections (over 1000 in an hour).

I have an existing online store with Web Acapella. I use the e-commerce version. I would like to take advantage of the new Prestashop integration in the latest version of Web acapella. Only I am hosted on a shared server at OVH. They tell me that external connections to MySQl databases are impossible so I can't open my new store. In fact, I have already reserved a database at OVH, but it is not possible to access it via Web acapella. They suggested me to install OVH prestashop. I can still link from the acapella website to the new prestashop pages but the shopping cart will not be visible on other pages. I have a lot of sections and it bothers my customers that they can't move freely without finding their cart. This prevents me from opening my new store. I looked at dedicated servers. They are no longer in the same price range. Or else I have to change host. I'm at Ovh and I developed my site using the old version of Webacapella. However, today's version update offers to include a prestashop module. It seems very convenient and they require a MySQL database on our host for it to work. This is what I did, but it was not possible to set up the store at OVH because connections from external software to internal databases are not possible. I think I will install a prestashop at OVH, and connect it with my Webacapella site. What I would like is that the prestashop sections can allow my customers to access other pages of my site and then start again at the prestashop store.

I've been facing an issue for several weeks and there's no way to fix it (or move forward). We took a VPS at OVH at work to test our 2 sites using Prestashop 1.7 (currently they work under Prestashop 1.6). On the VPS that we took, there was already Prestashop 1.7. To test if the site works, I moved all the files/folders under Prestashop. I connected via SSH to the server. After restarting the Apache server, I went to the OVH client area and created an A field. I get the following result in FireFox (or Chrome): Connection failed. Now I have a "little" difference. I no longer have a "connection failure", but a "small" change. Although we are making progress, we are not there yet. It gives me the IP address of the VPS, which proves that my action in the DNS zone of the OVH customer area worked.

After an update, I encountered a problem. I tried a manual restore, but it took over 12 hours. Ovh informed me that the operation can take up to 48 hours. I tried to recover via Filezilla a D-2 restore, but it took 12 hours for the files to migrate to my computer. I am interested in a high-performance hosting. I have already cleared the var cache. It's the first thing I did. When I updated, nothing. I then realize that the debug mode on the server is still true, but it is false on the client. Although I am not a prestashop expert, I can manage to remove a lot of bugs with community codes. Now I noticed that there are missing files in my theme update file. This explains to me, for ovh, that the restoration is in progress. I'm puzzled by how long it takes to restore 10gb and why I haven't made a backup via Filezilla after 15 hours of fiber. All my sites were down for 30 minutes after the restore started. The 3 WordPress came back and the prestashop the same problem.
