I fix Prestashop HTTP error 503 Service Unavailable

Welcome to the intervention specialist on Prestashop.
Web2007 is at your entire disposal for ALL your Prestashop needs.

What is this problem HTTP error 503 Service Unavailable problem?

Module compatibility is one of the most common causes of Prestashop 503 errors. You will need to disable all modules on your site to determine if this is the case. You will need an FTP client to access the Prestashop admin area because the 503 error prevents you from accessing it. FileZilla is a good choice if you don't have one. Once your FTP client has been installed, connect to your site. Then go to the root directory of your Prestashop. If you don't know where it is, it's usually called public_html. Open this folder and navigate to the wp-content directory. There you will find a folder called plugins. It contains subdirectories for each module installed on your site (both inactive and active). Now right click on the folder containing the plugins and rename it. So that you can recognize it later, we recommend plugins.old and plugins.desactives. Prestashop will no longer be able to find your modules. These modules will be automatically disabled when this happens.

What is the solution to the HTTP 503 Service Unavailable problem?

If you encounter an HTTP 503 Service Unavailable error technical problem, Web2007 can assist and troubleshoot. You should know that in almost all cases, the server or php error comes from a conflict with your theme or one of your other installed modules. A troubleshooting expert will first detect errors with Prestashop's debug mode. Here are the tips: To determine if the bug is due to your template, activate the default Prestashop template and then refresh the page. If the bug persists, it means that your model is not at fault. To determine if the bug is caused by one of your modules, disable each module and refresh the page that caused the problem. If the bug appears suddenly, you can start with the modules that were installed most recently. If the bug goes away when you disable a module, that means that module is responsible.
