Problem with Prestashop mailchimp module: cases encountered.

Hello I am on Prestashop Version 1.4 I downloaded the prestashop mailchimp module on malchimp directly for free. I tried to install it via presta but it blocks the module page for me afterwards. So cannot use it and use presta unless I remove it from the module folder. I heard that the "require_once" line on the mc360.php file should be changed to "require_once _PS_MODULE_DIR_ . 'mailchimp/MCAPI.class.php';" But ditto it still blocks the module pages, it does not load completely. So if you have a solution so that I can modify or make it work, I take it.

Fatal error Mailchimp (language) unable to load Prestashop module: cases encountered.

I'm trying to import the mailchimp module on my 1.6. Impossible, here is what I get: Fatal error: Call to undefined method Language::getIDs() in /home/xxxxx/www/modules/mailchimppro/src/PrestaChamps/PrestaShop/Tab/TabInstaller.php on line 54 [PrestaShop ] Fatal error in module TabInstaller: Call to undefined method Language::getIDs() What can I do to make this work? I am currently using PrestaShop 1.6. This particular version did not have the getIDs() function in the /classes/Language.php file. I went to the PrestaShop github repository and looked at version 1.6.1.1. I found the missing function, and did the following: Open cPanel's file manager. Go to the classes/Language.php file. Create a backup! Edit the file. Find the getLanguages function. Mine was at line 578. Save the file and replace this function with the following. Reinstall the program.

Prestashop mailchimp integration problem: cases encountered.

We use Prestashop 1.7 to develop an e-commerce site. I encountered a problem with Mailchimp's PrestaShop module. After installation, an API key error was displayed. We can't get it to sync or get it to work. We first installed this module via the module catalog from the backoffice, uninstalled because of this error and reinstalled by downloading the module.zip from http://www.addons.prestashop.com without success. This error is displayed: "Invalid MailChimpAPI key provided". We are unable to integrate Mailchimp with the store. I tried setting up Mailchimp's setup wizard, but CONNECT doesn't work. I enter my credentials but nothing happens. I can't proceed to the next step of the configuration. We are still trying to find a solution. We contacted the mod developer, searched the PS forums, but couldn't find anything. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. Is there a known issue? It has nothing to do with configuration. We hope to get an explanation from the developers, because this module can cause other malfunctions. Prestashop bug and mailchimp secure key does not match: cases encountered. This is an error that can occur when a customer pays for an item. However, PrestaShop makes an error and fails to register the payment and mark it as paid, although it received the payment. MailChimp is a Prestashop store. I can google this error and find tons of references, but I can't find any solution from your team. I think it's more like "don't use plugins" because PrestaShop won't fix the problem. PrestaShop should process payment correctly and mark an order as paid once a customer has successfully paid for it. It happens most of the time, but it shouldn't happen randomly like it does now. Even if the store doesn't use MailChimp, this error could be caused by a server misconfiguration, an incorrectly installed module or theme, misuse, or a combination of both.
