What should I do if product images are not showing in Prestashop 1.6 or 1.5 ?
There are several possible causes. The most common is that the "Default" option is not checked in the display settings. Since PrestaShop 1.5, image file names are often extended with a dash, and the theme name is added as a suffix. Thus the 4562_smal.jpg file is renamed 4562_small_default.jpg for the PrestaShop default theme. Prestashop Pricing will search for the correct files and you have to tell it. Another possibility is that your theme should replace the default word in the same place with your theme name. Finally, you may need to clear the cache of all images by clicking on the button that represents a crossed out clock in the right part of the "Images" sub-tab of the "Statements and images" tab.
