Examples of crossed out price requests/problems in Prestashop.

My store is Prestashop 1.4. I would like to see the original product price crossed out with the new price, percentage and category. I would also like to be able to change the message when the product is on sale. If I create a promotion for an item with "Specific price", the new price is displayed, but the old price is not crossed out. We can leave the base price as it is. It is well verified. The price I crossed out appears when the page loads, then disappears. Do you know what the problem is? I don't know anything about code. Can I safely remove this line of code?
